Q2: Can I request a trial session?
A: Yes, every user is entitled to a 'First Class Free’. Choose a teacher, click 'book a free session’, then request Book a free session in WhatsApp.
Q3: Will I get a chance to work in a record label by learning here?
A: Yes ofcourse, If you do well and keep impressing your teacher with positive reviews, you'll definitely get the chance.
Q4: Can I take group sessions?
A: We prioritize one-on-one teaching for deeper subject exploration. We exclusively offer individual sessions for optimal learning benefits.
Q5: What is the duration of each session?
A: Each one-on-one session is 40 minutes to 1 hour long.
Q6: Will I get recordings of my sessions?
A: Yes, you can watch your recorded session videos on your personal student dashboard for practice and review.
Q7: What is your cancellation and re-scheduling policy for the lessons?
A: Please cancel or re-schedule at least 6 hours before the session to avoid charges. Late cancellations are subject to teacher discretion. Emergencies can be reported for consideration.
Q8: How do I cancel or re-schedule my session?
A: Go to 'Call Now,' click 'Text on WhatsApp’, type ‘cancel or re-schedule session’ also Provide a reason for cancellation or re-scheduling.
Q9: Will I get a refund if the internet connectivity was not good and the session could not be completed?
A: A full refund will be provided if the internet issue is at the teacher's end. If it's on student's end, the session will be charged. Ensure good internet connectivity 30 minutes before the scheduled session.
Q10: How Can i Book Sessions?
A: Once you have completed the purchase of your sessions, we will reach out to you and provide a link where you can book your session. If you've purchased a minimum of 8 classes, you'll receive access to your personal student dashboard. Click on the given link, access your student dashboard by logging in with your student user ID and password. Once logged in, click on 'Book a next class' and fill in the required information, including your name, date, and time. Finally, submit the form, and it will direct you to WhatsApp with a default message. Send the message to complete your class booking request. You'll receive a confirmation message once the booking is confirmed. If you've purchased a single class, no dashboard will be provided; instead, you'll need to set the time and date via WhatsApp for class booking.
Q11: How can I turn off my class recording?
A: At first, go to student dashboard, enter you 'Student I'D' and 'Password ', By default, the Video Recording is ON, Click the 'Icon' below 'Video Recording is ON', A new page will appear. In Session Video Recording, choose 'Turn Recording Off'. Provide a reason and press submit. It will redirect you to WhatsApp with a default message, Send this message, Your request will be completed, and we will give a confirmation message of it.
Q12: How long will the classes we've purchased remain valid?
A: The validity of the classes you've purchased is Life time. Once you've invested in these classes, they become entirely yours, allowing you to schedule them at your convenience.
